PMJAY provides required healthcare services with an insurance cover of Rs. 5 Lakh for each family/year for tertiary as well as secondary hospitalization expenses.

Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana Scheme (PMJAY) popularly know as AYUSHMAN BHARAT YOJANA is one of the biggest healthcare schemes of the central Government.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the AYUSHMAN BHARAT YOJANA with an aim to cover more than 50 crore people in India and nearly 10 crore poor families without any limitation pertaining to family size and age.

AYUSHMAN BHARAT YOJANA BENEFITS

1.PM Ayushman Bharat Yojana offers cashless hospitalization cover at public hospitals & private hospitals.

2.It cover the cost of hospitalization per hospitalization medication & post hospitalization expenses that come during the treatment.

3.The scheme includes almost 1400 exorbitant treatments such as knee replacement skull surgery etc.


HOW TO GET AYUSHMAN BHARAT CARD?

Those who are eligible to avail PMJAY benefits can apply for AYUSHMAN BHARAT CARD. This card can be used as proof to get all healthcare benefits in the future under the scheme. Ayushman Bharat Card is issued after verification of the beneficiary's identity at a PMJAY kiosk. Documents for indentification include Aadhar card or ration card. Once the verification is done, Ayushman Bharat Card is printed along with the unique AB PMJAY ID

1.Viait the official website & click on Am I Eligible.

2. Enter mobile number along with the CAPTCHA code

3. Now select your state & search by mobile number /HHD number/name/ration card number

1.Firstly go to Ayushman Bharat official website 

2.Logine with your email id & generate a password

5.Download your Ayushman Bharat Card
